Hong Kong Pensioners in India are severely hit
by fall in the value of silver dollar. Recommend rupees 112 annas 8 to the dollars 100 be adopted as the mindinum conversion rate. Executive Council agree as from the 1st September 1930 when next six monthly rate will aggravate the pensioners losses. Reply requested urgently.
