4. The employer is also liable for the repatriation of the labourer

and his family, if the labourer, after expiration of his Labour-

contract, stays in the service of employer of his own free will and

when he files a request for his repatriation within one month after

termination of his services.

The employer shall not separate the labourer fran his family against

his will.

XII.1. The labourer shall keep the lodgings assigned to him by the

Superintendent in a clean state and properly use same for their

intended purpose.

dissolved by an official of the Labour-Inspection or by the Head of

the Local Government in case of urgent reasons as indicated by

Article 1603 o and 1603 p, or important reasons as indicated by

After this contract had been agreed upon in my presence, I have

read out its contents to both contracting parties and explained same

to the labourer in his own language, whereafter I have made sure that both parties have entered into this contract of their own free
