My Lord,
I have the honour to acknowledge the
3. receipt of Your Lordship's despatch No.193 of 16th July,
1930, regarding the preliminary training of Marine
Surveyors in the service of this Government and to transmit
submitted by the officers affected by this ruling and
Enclosures 1 to 5 for Your Lordship's consideration copies of minutes
by the Harbour Master.
