My Lord,
In continuation of Sir Cecil Clementi's confidential
despatch of the 23rd January, 1929, replying to Mr. Amery's despatch No.194 of the 5th of June, 1928, I have the honour
to transmit the enclosed plan showing by a red line the boundary which is now believed to be correct, being based upon
the result of special air photographs taken at high water
spring tides.

It will be observed that, as regards the area to which
special reference is made in the War Office note of 8th May, 1928, which accompanied the despatch under acknowledgement, there appears to be no considerable divergence between the present high-water mark and that indicated in the 2" map upon
which the frontier shown in the military map is based.
