With reference to your letter of the 30th
June (76345/30) I am directed by Lord rassfield to
request you to inform the Postmaster General that he
has approved the proposals of the Governor of Hong
Kong for the revision of the postal rates at present in
force in the Colony.
The Secretary of State will be grateful if
particulars of the revised rates may accordingly be
communicated to the international Bureau of the rostal
Union.
