was put at $3,706,264; and in the 1930 Estimates the

total staff numbers 841, in which year the estimated

expenditure on Public Works Extraordinary, including

$1,000,000 under Loan Account for the Aberdeen Water

Scheme (only part of which will be spent), is put at
