letter, supported with copies of correspondence which
we have had with the Hon: Colonial Secretary in Hong
Kong and also the Hon: Director of Public Works,
relative to business in "Colfix" Road Surfacing Material,
and in view of the fact that we have been unable to come
to any satisfactory arrangement in Hong Kong, we beg to
request that you will kindly forward the enclosed to the
Right Honourable Secretary of State for the Colonies in
London, for his consideration.
