Department Loan Ordinance certain other major works, to
be paid for out of loans, are contemplated. They include
further extension of waterworks and the vehicular ferry,
which have already been referred to Your Lordship and also a new Gaol and Government Civil Hospital regarding which I hope to address you shortly. If these works are approved part of the staff in question will be employed
thereon.
