I have examined the accompanying Ordinance. intituled an Ordinance to apply a sum not exceeding Twenty-three million three hundred and sixty-five thousand three hundred and thirty-five Dollars to the Public Service of the year 1931, and I am of opinion that the Ordinance is one which is not contrary to the Governor's instructions.

This Ordinance is in the usual form.
In my opinion this is an Ordinance to which His Excellency the Governor may properly assent in the name of
His Majesty and on His behalf.
