Your telegram of 7th November done
Any canvassing/was without authority and has
now been definitely prohibited. A total of 76 messages
was sent to Great Britain Tia Malabar in October. I
have some doubts whether pending taking over of
Wireless the service via Malabar if asked for should
be refused in view of the fact that the Colony has
peld for Wireless Broadcasting but I will suspend it
sine die if you wish. Please cable instructions.
Complete draft agreement for taking over
Wireless was submitted to Blandy on 6th instant.
