(b) The Company to take
over from the Government at
a value to be agreed upon
all plant pertaining to
the Service transferred,
whether such plant is
actually required by the
Company for its own
services or not, and to
establish its own trans-
mitting and receiving stations.
(c) The Company to take over
from the Government its lease
in
of the offices the
Peninsular and Oriental
Building now used for Radio
work.
(d) The Company to absorb as
far as possible all members
of the Government staff who
will cease to be required by
Government on the transfer
