My despatch 20th March 1930 z Confidential 2 and your telegram 29th May No.21.7 Blandy states that Imperial Government favour policy of surrender to Merger Radiotelegraphy and Radiotelephony in the Colonies. If correct Hong Kong is prepared to fall into line. Telephony has hitherto been reserved. Early reply requested.
