of Saint Michael and Saint George, Officer Administering
the Government of the Colony of Hong Kong and its
Dependencies, do by these presents appoint you CHARLES
GORDON STEWART MACKIE provisionally, and subject to His Majesty's pleasure, to be temporarily an Unofficial Member of the Legislative Council in the place of the Honourable
Sir Henry Edward Pollock, K.C., who is temporarily absent
from the Colony.
GIVEN under my hand and the Public Seal of the
Colony, at Government House, Victoria, Hong Kong, this 10th
day of April, 1930.
