After some delay these terms were finally
accepted in March, 1928, and the grants made accordingly.
The Council of the College has subsequently

applied for and been granted conversion rights in respect of Rural Building Lots Nos.318, 319, 320, 321 and 322 at rentals
of $12.00, $2.00, $2.00, $2.00 and $2.00 per annum respectively, and subject to building covenants of $50,000, $7,500, $10,000, $2,000 and $7,500 respectively to be
completed within two years of the date of grant viz. 1st
June, 1929.

The Council of the College has further
applied for and been granted, as an extension to the area
shewn edged green on the plan, the area cross-hatched green
to the north of Garden Lot No.76 subject to the same terms;
viz. 21 years lease, Crown Rent of $1.00 per acre, with
restrictive covenants as to user and alienation and with the
same rights of conversion, subject to reassessed Crown Rent
and building covenants to be fixed by Government.

A right of access along the road marked in
brown on the northern boundary has also been granted.
The plan attached is not a detailed survey, but is sufficiently accurate for the present purposes.
