of the dollar; and
(b) The University's ingent
need of funds. The position is that the proposed allocating to the Unversity is to be paid out of the Indemnity funds now undeposit. before they are handed over to the Chinese root and "by virtue of the act of Parliament which will
have to be passed
eventually
in order to deal with them!" (see § 3 of 20 in 62708/29).
