Mr. Tang Man Chiu (alias Tang Shu Ming)
by the Colonial Secretary of Hong Kong
for use in connection with his visit
to this country for purposes of study.

Mr. Tang we recently applied
for the grant of a British passport, and
in support of his application has
submitted this certificate together with
a birth certificate showing that Tang
Shu ing was born in the Colony of Hong
Kong on the 1st December, 1908. In
