the Colony's finances await a clearer appreciation
of the needs of Commercial aviation in Hong Kong.
My despatch No. 150. of the 14th of March, 1930, 70858 3. 430 See reports the departure for England of Mr. Vaughan Fowler,
who will, it is hoped, be given the opportunity of discussing the possibilities of Commercial Aviation in Hong Kong with the Colonial Office. Mr. Vaughan Fowler is thoroughly
acquainted with the details and the difficulties of the proposition; and it becomes desirable to await the results of his visit to England for the full consideration of the
action that should be taken in Hong Kong.
I have the honour to be,
My Lord,
Your Lordship's most obedient, humble servant,
Nod. Southosh
Officer Administering the Government.
