(1) What was value of buildings (a) when lease was granted in 1925 (b) in Director of Public Works recent
Estimate ?
(2) Are you satisfied that present building will continue to meet requirements of Police School in the
future ?
(3) Is there any reason to think that present month
to month lease will not be renewed indefinitely?
(4) Is no alternative accommodation available, which
might be rented ?
(5) Has future greatly enhanced value of this area
referred to in your paragraph 4 been taken into account in estimate of value of two lots proposed to be assigned
to Missions Etrangères ?
(6) Are these lots at present occupied ?
If so
at what rent ?
