(1) Children of denationalised Chinese
born before the denationalisation of
the father
(a) if under age at the date of
the father's denationalisation,
would lose permanently their
Chinese nationality,
(b) if of age at the date of the
(
father's donationalisation, would
have the option of applying for
denationalisation certificates on
their own behalf or of remaining
Chinese citizens.
(2) Children of denationalised Chinese born
after the denationalisation of the father
would not possess Chinese nationality.
