I have examined the accompanying Ordinance. intituled an
Ordinance to amend the Arms and Ammunition Ordinance,
1900, and I am of opinion that the Ordinance is one which
is not contrary to the Governor's instructions.

Section 2 of this Ordinance amends the definition

ways also.

Section 3 of this Ordinance amends the definition of
the term "arms" in the principal Ordinance, as as to include
weapons intended for discharging gas ammunition.
4.
Section 4 of this Ordinance amends the definition
of the term "exempted person" in the principal Ordinance. The list of exempted persons at present is very large, and
