(9/73 H) of June 13th., transmitting a
copy of Foreign Office despatch No.354 (F 1754/119/87) of April 5th., I have the
honour to tranmit a copy of an interest-
ing report which I have received from the
Shanghai Municipal Folice with whom I
communicate privately in the sense suggest-
ed by the Secretary of State for the Home
Department (see paragraph 2 of Foreign
Office despatch under reference).
