Referring to previous correspondence, I have the
honour to enclose a copy of a further letter which we have
received from the Hong Kong and Shanghai Banking Corporation,
reporting that £10,000 was transferred from the Deposit
Account to the Hong Kong Trade Loan Account on the
13th September, thus leaving a balance of £100,000 outstanding.
