I am commanded by My Lords Commissioners
of the Admiralty to transmit, for the information of
the Secretary of State for the Colonies, a copy of
a letter from the Commander-in-Chief, China Station,

Rear Admiral, Hong Kong, concerning anti-piracy
measures in China.
