With referance to nrevious corresponden ce
on the subject of the provision of anti-piracy guards
in Chinese waters, I am directed by Lord Tussfield to
transmit to you, for the information of the Lords
Commissioners of the admiralty. a cony of a telegram
from the Officer Adsinistering the Government of
Hong Kong regarding the carloyment of hite iussians
as non-commissioned officers and the secondment of
naval or military officers for this service.
i am to explain that the ne: ultimate sentence
of the telegram refers to "ajor J..Colchester-Wemyss,
0.3.2., Royal Scots (<etired), who has been Junior
Dietrict Officer at Weihuivel since the 1st December,
1929.
