29th of October I am inclined to deprecate your consulting Chamber of Commerce, as rrobably this will lead to a number of impracticable suggestions for amendment
of draft by which settlement will only be delayed but
I will leave the matter to your discretion after you have taken advice of Executive Council in consultation of
which I concur.
