telegram No. 242 August 21st about the Customs Agreement
see your telegram No. 86 Secret 30th July. They suggested
that a copy should be telegraphed to you.
You might
however yourself ask Lampson for copy direct. My
comments on suggestions contained in Foreign Office
telegram will be sent to you shortly by telegraph.
