Many thanks for your letter of the 36th
September (No.F.4699/27/10) about the Hong Kong
Customs Agreement, addressed to Robinson.
So much time has elapsed that Sir Samuel
Wilson does not now propose to reply in detail to
Sir William Peel's letter of the End July which has
slready been acknowledged.
