Confidential Your telegram 9th October No. 92 Customs Agreement I submitted revised draft to His Majesty's Minister who after discussing with Maze submitted a few amendments suggested by the latter, which, apart from precedence of local Commissioner(s), are not important. I am today sending to him a few counter proposals and I hope soon to reach agreement and to forward agreed draft to you for consideration.
