(2) *Intoxicating liquor' in this section means
ny liquor coming within the definition of
'intoxicating liquora' in the Canada Temperance Act.
(3) The Governor in Council may make such orders
and regulations as he may consider necessary for giving
effect to any of the provisions of this section.*
