utilities by foreign groups with considerable apprehension, and 1 shall be glad to learn

from Your Lordship how such a menace has been

countered in other parts of the British Empire

and to be supplied with copies of any legislative

enactments dealing with this subject. I should

also be glad to receive guidance from Your

Lordship as to the best means of insuring that the public utility companies of this Colony shall

remain in British hands.
