"The Office means the Registered Office for the
time being of the Company.
Dividend " includes bonus.
Month" means a Calendar month.
The Register" means the Register of Members to be kept pursuant to Section 26 of the Com- panies Ordinance, 1911, as amended by Section 4 of the Companies Amendment Ordinance, 1913.
"In Writing" and "Written" include printing, lithography and other modes of representing or reproducing words in a visible form. Words importing the masculine gender only
include the feminine gender.
Words importing the singular number only include
the plural number and vice versa.
Words importing persons include corporations.
Preliminary.
2. The Regulations contained in Table A in the first Schedule to “ The Companies Ordinance, 1911," No. 58 of 1911 of the Legislature of Hongkong, shall not apply to the Company.
Shares.
3. None of the funds of the Company shall be em- ployed in the purchase of or lent on the shares of the Company.
4. Subject to any resolutions of the Company in General Meeting upon any increase of the Capital of the Company, the shares shall be under the control of the Directors, who may allot or otherwise dispose of the same
