The General Managers" means the persons, firm or Corporation for the time being per- forming the duties of General Managers of the Company.

Where the General Managers, in addition to being established in Hongkong, are also established elsewhere, or have branches or agencies else- where, the expression General Managers where used throughout these Articles shall relate to the Hongkong establishment only, and shall not include such establishments, branches or agencies elsewhere, and such ex- pression shall, for the purposes of the construc- tion of any of the Company's Articles, refer to the Hongkong establishment of the General Managers only, and any establishments, branches or agencies of the General Managers elsewhere shall, for the purpose of any of the Company's Articles, be construed as being separate establishments, branches and agencies and as being independent of the establishment of the General Managers in Hongkong.
