57. The Directors shall pursuant to Section 31 of the Ordinances cause to be kept at the Registered office in one or more book or books a register of the members of the Company.
58. The Register shall contain :-
(a) The names and addresses and occupations (if any) of the members of the Company.
(b) A statement of the number of shares held by each shareholder, distinguishing each share by its number and the amount paid or agreed to be considered as paid on each share.
(c) The date at which the name of any person was entered in the register as a member.
(d) The date at which any person ceased to be
a member.
(e) Notice of any change of address of any share- holder shall be entered in the Register.
59. No member who shall change his name or place of abode, or being a female, shall marry, shall be entitled to receive any dividend, or to vote, until notice in writing of the change of name or abode or marriage shall be given to the Company for registration.
60. The Company is to keep at its registered office a register containing the names and addresses and occupations of its Directors and is to send to the Re- gistrar of Companies a copy of such Register and shall from time to time notify to the Registrar any change that takes place in such Directors as required by Section 76 of the Ordinances.
61. The Company may in any place in which it trans- acts business keep a register or registers of its members subject to the provisions of Section 35 of the Ordinances.
Forfeiture of Shares.
62. If any member fail to pay any call or instalment If call or due from him on or before the day appointed for the instalment payment of the same, the Directors may at any time notice may
not paid thereafter, during such time as the call or instalment or be given. any part thereof, or any interest which shall have accrued thereon, remains unpaid, serve a notice on such member or give notice to such member by advertisement (which shall be a sufficient advertisement if published once in The Hongkong Government Gazette and once in at least one of the daily newspapers circulating in Hongkong) requiring such member to pay the same, together with any interest that may have accrued and all expenses that may have been incurred by the Company in respect of such non-payment.

64.
