Neither the Treasury, nor the Ministry
of Transport, nor the Board of Trade gives us any
assistance in this matter, though the latter does
at least indicate that there would appear to be no
objection from the commercial treaty point of view
to insisting upon a British board of management
for public utility undertakings in the Colonies.
