internal evidence to be in fact a summary
of the enmal report submitted by the
Ministry of Railways to the Central x-
outive Committee at it's Third lanazy
Session and therefore a parallel report t that submitted by är.7.V.3oong, a supy of
which was forwarded in my despatah No.48
of the 5th instant.
