15. No Nurse shall be entitled to have her name entered the Register unless she has passed the Final Examination applicable to the Part of the Register to which she seeks admission. The name of every Nurse who has passed the Final Examination for the General Part or any Supplementary Part of the Register shall forthwith be put upon that part of the Register, provided that the name of a Nurse who has passed the Final Examination for Fever Nurses before attaining the age of 21 years shall not be put upon the Register until she has attained that age. No fee shall be payable on such registration.
16. (2) In the case of candidates for the General Part of the Register:
(a) The applicant must be a female.
(b) Except as hereinafter provided, the applicant must furnish a certificate that she has completed a course of not less than three years' training in a Complete Training School for Registered Nurses or, alternatively, has completed a course of not less than four years' training in an Affiliated Training School for Registered Nurses; or, alternatively, has com- pleted a course of not less three years and six months' training in an Associated Training School for Registered Nurses.
(c) If at the date of application the applicant is a Registered Sick Children's Nurse she must furnish a certificate that since the date of Registration she has completed a course of not less than two years' training in a Complete Training School for Registered Nurses, or alternatively has since that date completed a course of not less than one year's training in an Affiliated or Associated Training School for Registered Nurses which is a Hospital for Men only, and also a course of not less than one year's training in an Affiliated or Asso- ciated Training School which is a Hospital for Women only. (d) If at the date of application the applicant is registered on any of the Supplementary Parts of the Register other than that of Sick Children's Nurses, she must furnish a certificate that since the date of her Registration she has completed a course of not less than two years' training in a Complete Training School for Registered Nurses.
(ii) In the case of candidates for the Supplementary Part of the Register for Male Nurses:
(a) The applicant must furnish a certificate that he has completed a course of not later three years' training in a Complete Training School for Registered Male Nurses, or alternatively has completed a course of not less than four years' training in an Affiliated Training School for Registered Male Nurses; or alternatively, has completed a course of not less than three years and six months' training in an Associated Training School for Registered Male Nurses; or
(b) If at the date of application the applicant is registered on some other Supplementary Part of the Register he must furnish a certificate that since the date of registration he has com- pleted a course of not less than two years' training in a Com- plete Training School for Registered Male Nurses.
(iii) In the case of candidates for the Supplementary Part of the Regis- ter for Mental Nurses other than the separate section for Registered Nurses for Mental Defectives :-
(a) The applicant must furnish a certificate that she has completed a course of not less than three years' training in a Complete Training School for Registered Mental Nurses; or
