Mr. W.E. Knollys, Auditor, Tanganyika; Mr. E.Taylor,
Senior Assistant Treasurer, Sierra Leone; and Mr.K.R.
Tucker, Treasurer, Nyasaland.
The Committee decided to recommend
Mr. Taylor, particulars of whom are appended.
