for the benefit of the beneficiaries in accordance
with orders made by the Judge from time to time on
their application. In such cases the funds are
often managed by the Court for years until they are
finally exhausted or, in the case of an infant, until
he attains the age of twenty-one. The fees charged
in such cases are charged on payment of the money
into Court at poundage rates, subject to a maximum.
Examples of such fees are Nos. 37 and 92.
