II. The County Courts.

The fees charged in the County Courts are

set out in the County Court Fees Order, 1925, a copy

of which is attached.

It is not the practice in County Courts to

levy poundage on payments into Court in actions for

debt, etc. The principal fee charged is Fee No. 1

on the commencement of proceedings, and the amount

of this fee is graduated according to the sum of

money involved in the action. Fee No. 1 produces

a larger revenue than any other fee included in the

The fees that produce the next largest sum

Order.
