fact that the proposed bridle tracks are estimated to cost
no more than $25,000 I have ventured to direct that the work
be put in hand and I now submit the matter for your covering
approval.

The report of the Finance Committee, covering
this work, was adopted by Legislative Council on 2nd May, as
6274orted in my despatch No.247 dated 10th May, 1929.
