port in the Colony between the hours of 6 pm and Gu'm from Octalier to Murch (inclusive) or 7 p.m. to → am, from April to September Provided that in special cases the pro- per Hong Kong authorities may, after notice to the Chinese Maritime Customs, allow a junk to leave a port in the Colony at any specified hour or between any specified hours.
