Mui Tsai Society in Hong Kong, and the Hong Kong Government
has been forwarded to you in conjunction with the Governor's
Report? This correspondence, part of which is in my posses-
sion, forms a most valuable document, and I should esteem it a
favour if you would let me know if it has reached you?
