23. Section 21 of this Ordinance assimilates the language
of section 61 (1) of the principal Ordinance to that of
section 5 (2) of this Ordinance.

In my opinion this is an Ordinance to which IIis
Excellency the Governor may properly assent in the name of
His Majesty and on His Behalf.
