With reference to the Ministerial Order dated
21st March, 1928, issued by the Deputy Minister of Agriculturę
regarding the importation of merchandise packed with products
of the soil, a copy of which was forwarded by the Canadian
Trade Commissioner at Shanghai to the Hong Kong General
Chamber of Commerce, I am directed to forward as properly
qualified and authorised veterinarians for the purposes of
the order the names of the following officers of this
Government:-
Mr. W. J. E. Mackenzie, M.R.C.V.S.,
Colonial Veterinary Surgeon.
Captain M. J. Reidy, M.R.C.V.S.,
Assistant Colonial Veterinary Surgeon.
Specimens of the signatures of these
gentlemen are enclosed.
