I, Walter J. E. Mackenzie appointed and authorized by the
Hong Kong Government to issue certificates covering the
export of carcasses, portions and products, do hereby certify
that the carcasses, portion or products herein described
were given efficient ante and post-mortem inspection
examination, that the handling and manufacture was carried
on under the sanitary conditions provided for in the
regulations, and that the description of the shipment is
true and correct and conforms to the requirements as set
forth in the regulations made under the Meat and Canned foods
act of the Dominion of Canada, and that such carcasses,
portions or products bear the official Inspection Mark of
this Colony as herein shown, and that they are at this date
wholesome and fit for human food.
