With reference to the latter part of
paragraph 3 of my letter No.4287/1925 of the 29th April,
I have the honour to enclose five specimens of the seals
which will in future be used on the cases of meat and canned
food products exported from Hong Kong. The object of using
these seals is to prevent the substitution of unauthorised
contents in packages certified by the Colonial Veterinary
Surgeon.
