equivalent accommodation on the

site reserved for civil aviation, or

alteratively purchase at an agreed

valuation the part of hangar so

evacuated.

They further wish to

make it clear that it will not be

possible for them to agree to the

erection on the eastern site of any

building for civil aviation purposes

other than the hangar now in question.

They consider that as the hangar

would be of standard size and

permanent construction it would more

conveniently be erected on the site

for southern seaplane shed rather

than on that for the northern seaplane

shed.

Air Ministry propose that thef

design and specification of the hangar should

be prepared by them in order that it

may conform to the Royal Air Force
