I am commanded by the Air Council to refer to
Mr. Ellis' letter of the 19th instant (62753/29) in
regard to the construction of a permanent hangar at Kai
Tak aerodrome, and to say that they concur in the
modification proposed in the Governor of Hong Kong's
telegram of the 12th September of the conditions laid down
in their letter of the 12th June (s.23467/S.6).
A copy of this letter has been sent to the
Treasury.
