I have the honour to achnowledge receipt of your communication of the 19th instant, reference W/Hong Kong 4959 and to inform you that full working Drawings and Specifications of the hangars to be erected at Kai Tak aerodrome Hong Kong are in course of preparation and that it is hoped that it will prove possible to pass these to you some time in February next. The pressure of work in our drawing office is at present so great that it is feared it will not prove possible to deliver these drawings at an earlier date than the above, although every effort will be made to complete the work at the earliest possible moment.

I have the honour to be

Sir,

Your obedient Servant,

(Sgd) T. D. MACKIE

FOR DIRECTOR OF WORKS AND BUILDINGS.

The Chief Engineer,
