Art.22. The Superintendent has the power to watch and
supervise the Co. whether its business has been contrary to the
regulations. If he thinks necessary to improve some thing, he may
submit his proposal to the Directors' Board and order them to
call a shareholders' assembly. When no satisfaction is given,
he may directly report to the concerned or local authorities for
arranging the matter.
Art.25. The Superintendent may participate the meeting of the
Directors. When he recognises any of the decisions taken by
the later constitutes an obstacle to the Government, he may
stop such a decision.
| VI. Manager end As istant Manager.
Art. 24. The Co. will have one Manager and one Assistant
Manager to manage the affairs of the Co. The Directors' Board
will select just, modest and competeat men to fulfil these
posts.
Art.25. The length of the appointment and the amount of
salary of the Manager and Sub-Manager will be decided by the
Shareholders' Assembly.
Art.26. The Co. will have a General Managing Office under
which will be established various departments. The number of
clerks will be fixed according to thè abundance of affairs.
The expenses will be fixed by the Directors' Beard.
VII. Appendix.
Art.27. Only aeronautic experts will be engaged to
undertake the aerial enterprise. A separate booklet will be
issued to explain the sketch.
Art.28. A separate list will be given to show the
situation of the business, distribution of capital, organisation
of affairs and budget.
Art.29. The formulas to be employed by our Co. refering the
property, ascounts, index, loans, business, profit and loss, etc.
